Workshop -_A Healing Experience

In this 2 to 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to know theoretically and experientially some exercises of various healing arts, which will allow you to run out precise actions by yourself to improve your state of health and wellbeing. If you have any illness, be it physical, mental or emotional, this workshop will help you to be better; and if you are well, you can learn to harmonize your body to continue in the state that you already have, generating a better balance. In addition, you can achieve a state of relaxation by considerably reducing your levels of tiredness and stress.

Content

  1. Improving health while hugging – practice: It turns out that hugging is a simple practice that brings multiple benefits to our health and which we have reduced practicing. Here we will learn what the benefits are, and how to achieve a healing hug.

2. Yin Shin Yutsu: This art employs 26 security energy locks along the body’s energy pathways. By gently holding these security energy locks, we unlock the stagnation allowing the energy to flow again, restoring the balance in Spirit, Mind and Body. In this workshop we will learn how to balance the main channel and how to harmonize our emotions.

    • Main Central: The great river that carries all the nutrients. It is a powerful and sensitive antenna that connects us directly to the universal energy source. In this activity, we will learn how to activate the energy flow and balance it. By practicing it constantly, we will be able to return to our center and achieve greater stability and harmony.
    • Hand and emotions: According to Japanese philosophy, all points of the body are connected to each other and each finger of the hands is linked to an organ and a specific emotion. Therefore, by pressing the finger, it is possible to work the feeling and organs we want.

3. Pranic Healing Exercises: We will learn techniques where “prana” (energy) is used to relieve and prevent diseases, as well as to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s processes in order to obtain a better quality of life in all aspects

4. Meditation: It is well known that meditation serves us for self-healing. It gives us greater awareness and creativity, it stimulates and reinforces the areas of the brain assigned to happiness and joy, it increases the intellectual quotient and stimulates the immune system, among many other advantages. Therefore, we will finish our workshop with a 20-minute meditation.
